

We have been operating in the market since 2002. Our head office is in Bielsko-Biała, but the company also has a branch located in Kutno and an office in Berlin, Germany.
We have been operating in the meat processing industry for several years now. Our employees slaughter, cut and joint beef and pork sides. We are a fast growing company, which from its very beginning has aimed at expanding into European markets. At present, we operate in Poland and Germany.
The first steps of "MEAT - PROS" were tightly linked with the KOPEX S.A. corporate group. Since 2003 we won the German market together. To date, majority of our employees working in the meat industry are employed in the Western markets.
Since 2005
we have cooperated with some of the biggest meat companies in Germany
like
B.C. Tönnies Fleisch GmbH,Eberswalder Fleisch GmbH, Bauerngut
Bückeburg, Firma Wolf GmbH, Fa. Franziska, Stolle
GmbH, Fa. WillmsWeiswasser GmbH. We
deal with slaughtering pigs and cattle and provide full range of meat
processing services for these companies. At the last stage our
employees also pack the processed meat.
In
2004 we entered into cooperation with "CONSTAR" S.A. and
the "ANIMEX" S.A. group in Starachowice. Besides
employing qualified staff, we have started on-the-job trainings for
new workers. They have been
trained in meat jointing and processing there. Having obtained
appropriate experience, the employees very often got contracts
abroad, where they could brush their skills in international
companies.
In
2010 we started the cooperation with PINI POLONIA Sp. z o.o. seated
in Kutno, where our employees
dealt with pig slaughtering and jointing as well as processing of
their meat. Their job also involved maintaining shop floors clean and
preparing meat products for transportation.
Since our foreign
contractors are very strict in terms of hygiene at work, meeting the
requirements of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Station, product
quality, employee performance and productivity, we employ solely a
qualified staff in the European Union. Manning the meat jointing
lines is of utmost importance in the meat processing industry as in
this market it is essential to be competitive in all areas. Our
company promotes its staff as we believe that it is them who create
the company’s image. Therefore, we put greatest emphasise on
their professional qualifications and experience.
In
each company, including MEAT-PROS, the occupational safety is a
crucial issue. It has a direct
influence on the atmosphere among employees and their satisfaction
with tasks carried out. Their safety has also an impact on the
production performance. Unlike with typical OHS trainings, our
trainings are interesting and activate employees, and what is
essential, our trainings are always according to the schedule. All
our workers are also the holders of valid certificates based on the
examination conducted for sanitary and epidemiological purposes as
well as certificates of medical examination admitting for particular
jobs. Detailed regulations on OHS trainings have been stipulated in
the decree of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy as of 27th
July 2004 on detailed guidelines for OHS trainings (Journal of Laws
no. 180, item 1860). Pursuant to this regulation, OHS trainings have
been conducted according to job-specific programmes.
